There are no advertising trackers or public file uploads in this website’s application code. The enquiry-draft tool works in your browser: it downloads a text file and does not send the text to Astha. Hosting and access services may process technical information under their own terms.
No sensitive child information here.
Do not put a child’s name, care history, health information or safeguarding concerns in the enquiry-draft tool. A secure professional referral route and full service privacy notice must be established before referrals open.
Employee information.
The separate employee hub uses sign-in and explicit staff authorisation. Employment documents and HR requests are restricted to the authorised employee and administrators. HR must establish a full employee privacy notice, retention schedule and access-review process before real employment records are introduced.
Accessibility.
The website uses responsive layouts, keyboard-operable menus, visible focus states, labelled forms and image descriptions. We aim for clear, readable information and welcome requests for alternative formats through our contact page. No claim of independently audited accessibility compliance is made.
Photography and people.
Stock photographs are illustrative and do not show Astha residents, premises or employees. Team cards are explicitly marked role placeholders. We do not publish children’s personal stories or identifiable photographs.
