Care is a professional responsibility.

We expect safe recruitment, appropriate professional checks, competence for each role, high-quality induction and ongoing supervision. Team biographies will distinguish registered clinical practitioners from residential and support roles.

Our model also includes key workers and residential practitioners, supported by a reliable rota and escalation arrangements. A young person should know who is there for them and who to turn to when something feels wrong.
